1. Hot water Heating source : Solar heat, electric/gas boiler
2. Advantage : 
1) Running cost is cheaper than electric floor heating.
2) There is no unevenness in the temperature of the floor.
3) There is almost no fear of low-temperature burns.
4) Heating Start is fast and the time to warm up is short.

3. Disadvantage :
1)Initial costs for installation such as hot water pipes and water heaters are high.
2)Construction costs more than electric heating system.
3)The heat source of solar water heater or gas boiler needs to be maintained.

2. Advantage : ​
1)Since there is no need for a separated heating facility, the initial cost can be        reduced cheaper than the hot water type.
2)Because of its simple structure, it is easy to install even during remodeling..
3)Require little maintenance.

3. Disadvantage :
1)Non-uniformity occurs in floor temperature distribution because the coupling        part of the heating wire does not warm up.
2)Running costs tend to be higher.
3)It takes more time to warm up than hot water heating system.
4)Low temperature burn caution required.
